General Information
At the Welcome Center, you can access key counseling, admissions, enrollment, financial aid, and veteran services in one place.
Visit us on the second floor of the AD building (see map).
Hours of Operation
Before entering the Welcome Center, please kōkua – wear a mask and sanitize your hands at the door. Mahalo!
Regular semester hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Other Services in the Welcome Center
In addition to Student Associate assistance, we also provide the following:

- Student ID Production: Before coming in, please follow the instructions listed on the website.
- Computers: If you do not have computer access to complete campus processes, we have desktops for in-office use. Please bring headphones if you need to complete the New Student Orientation Online.
- Forms: Drop off counseling, A&R, financial aid, and veteran forms here.
Who Is ʻUlu?
ʻUlu is our automated chatbot that answers questions 24/7. ʻUlu can provide information related to counseling, A&R, financial aid, and veteran students. During Welcome Center hours, further assistance via live chat is available.
