From Foundations to Mastery. From Farm to Future.

Future Harvest is a dynamic agricultural learning ecosystem based at Leeward Community College, offering flexible education through webinars, hybrid courses, hands-on workshops, field days, and master trainer intensives.

Designed for farmers, educators, entrepreneurs, and industry partners, Future Harvest connects participants to real-world training, demonstration sites, and stackable skill pathways that support Hawai‘i’s growing agricultural workforce.

More than a program, Future Harvest is a movement cultivating the next generation of agricultural leaders.

Our Model: Irrigation. Propagation. Fertilization.

Inspired by natural systems and reflected in our brand identity, Future Harvest is structured around three interconnected pillars:

    Program Pathways

Future Harvest is currently developing a range of educational offerings, including structured series, stand-alone workshops, regional camps, and specialty trainings. Programs will be organized into two tracks—Foundations and Mastery—to support learners at every stage of their journey.
